My passion for the Bichon Frise began over 10 years ago.  I was searching for the ideal companion dog and after researching various breeds I was led this special breed that would forever change my life.

 The moment I brought the first Bichon into my life, I knew I wanted to know everything about this stunning  purebred dog.  The more I learned, the more I wanted to know.  I wanted to be involved and know every aspect of the Breed. 

My first Bichon was spayed and in time I wanted a second dog to be her companion.  This time I set out to find a "show potential puppy".  My second Bichon was a male and I started to show him myself.  Before long I was "hooked" ... there is nothing like having a judge point to you and your puppy - handing you a ribbon.

At that point I went even deeper in my research - studying pedigrees and lines within the breed.  Through this research I started to form my goals for the “Allure Bichon”.  My line started with my first boy, Champion Chenoa Red Roc Allure “Rocco”.  Rocco came from breeder Katherine Dillon - we became fast friends and Allure Bichons was born.  To this day we continue to own our dogs together and combine our breeding programs.

Rocco is the foundation of the Allure line.  He is beautiful intelligent and my constant companion.   He is my heart dog.  Through him we have produced healthy, beautiful and loving puppies.  Joey is a stellar example of what Allure stands for today.  Joey is now passing on his wonderful breed traits to his offspring. 

I  have dedicated myself to the betterment of the Bichon Frise Breed.  Through research and education I strive to learn all I can regarding health, nutrition, rearing and training.  I remain steadfast in my desire to do all I can to ensure this Breed is happy and healthy for many generations to come!
